**ROLE SUMMARY**
Across Medical Affairs, Pfizer Medical colleagues engage with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to generate insights that inform medical strategy, evidence generation, and execution. The **Director, Medical Insights** plays a key role in advancing Pfizer's Medical Insights capabilities by helping shape, implement, and continuously improve Medical Insights processes across Medical Affairs and the broader enterprise.
The role serves as a **subject matter expert for Medical Insights** , partnering closely with **Medical Engagement & Impact (MEI), US Medical Affairs, Digital & Technology, Medical Systems, and other stakeholders** to enable consistent, high-quality insight generation, synthesis, and application.
