Director Mission Critical Development

We are looking for a senior project and development leader to oversee the delivery of large-scale hyperscale and colocation data center campus developments. This role will manage projects from site development and planning through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and colocation data center campuses.
• Manage construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, customers, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management.
