Job Description

The Director of Nursing position is a 12‑month administrative role. The Director directs the Department of Nursing, advocates for innovative vision, leadership, and strategic direction for the academic programs and the faculty and staff, and provides leadership to fulfill the educational needs of students. Responsibilities include promoting the enhancement of instructional quality, service, and scholarship, developing organizational strategies for growth and change in the educational environment, managing day‑to‑day operations of the department, supervising all programs offered, developing course schedules, making faculty course assignments, evaluating department faculty and staff, managing the depar...
