Director of Business Development Europe / Security Solutions

We are looking for a hands‑on and strategic Director of Business Development Europe to accelerate growth across the security solutions market . This is a hybrid role that combines direct sales responsibility , strategic business development , and leadership of a regional BDM team .

The ideal candidate will operate both as an individual contributor—managing key accounts and driving revenue—and as a leader, guiding and scaling a team of Business Development Managers across Europe.
