Director of Business Development - Motorsports

Within the Soucy International unit, the Sales and Marketing Director serves as a strategic partner to senior management. He or she is responsible for revenue growth, market positioning, and product development in the motorsports sector.

The position focuses on business development, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities in an international manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Define and lead the business development strategy
• Ensure overall sales performance and revenue growth
• Develop and execute growth plans (customers, products, markets)
• Identify and develop business opportunities with current and potential customers
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers (OEMs and partners)
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure margin targets are met
