Director of Business Operations

Urgent Surgery Associates (URSA) - a subsidiary of Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) - is seeking a Director of Business Operations  who will be responsible for the independent oversight in managing key administrative functions and strategic planning for the enterprise. This role is responsible for standardizing and optimizing administrative business operations, in alignment with executive leadership's growth initiatives, while overseeing the financial health of the enterprise. Operational focus will be the surgical services space and supporting practices that can vary in specialty. As new practices are brought in, will be responsible for triggering and overseeing the processes required, including interdepartmental coordination with legal, credentialing & enrollment, RCM, IT, etc. Work will be based at Corporate office in North Dallas, 75244 with periodic local travel.
