In this full-time position located in Mississauga, Ontario, you will support homes facing leadership transitions while ensuring adherence to nursing best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide interim Director of Care coverage as needed
• Mentor clinical leaders in nursing standards
• Monitor clinical quality through audits and assessments
