Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. Ensure continuous compliance with the Health Act 2007 and all relevant HIQA regulations and standards. Lead quality assurance activities, including audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain regulatory readiness and support engagement with inspections and regulatory reviews. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Persons in Charge (PICs) and the wider nursing and care teams. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and reflective practice.
