In this role you will: Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Own the engineering lifecycle for CIAM platforms, including solution design, web/mobile development, QA/NFT, release management, modernization, and production support for Customer Identity and Authentication services.Develop and modernize core CIAM capabilities such as authentication, authorization, MFA, risk‑based authentication, customer registration, and user administration services, ensuring platforms are modern, scalable, resilient, and enterprise‑grade.Work across functions and partner with stakeholders to onboard and integrate global business channels onto the CIAM platform across web and mobile and deliver in alignment with security, fraud and business goals.In partnership with IAM Product and Architectu...
