As the **Director of Digital Design** , you will lead the digital design team at First Horizon Bank, setting the vision and strategy for digital experiences that power our online and mobile banking platforms. You will oversee a team of UX / UI Designers, Researchers, and Content Strategists, ensuring that our digital experiences align with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

This role requires a seasoned design leader with deep expertise in financial services UX, a passion for user-centered design, and a track record of building high-performing design teams in a complex, regulated industry.
