Director of Digital

London

Up to £110,000

This is a senior digital leadership role responsible for the full digital ecosystem and transformation strategy. This role is more commercially focused with full P&L responsibility and a strong emphasis on digital transformation, innovation and revenue growth.

The role:

  • Define and lead the long term digital vision aligned with business goals
  • Own the end-to-end digital roadmap across CRM, loyalty and eCommerce
  • Take full accountability for digital revenue, acquisition costs and customer lifetime value
  • Lead the digital product and technology ecosystem, including CRM and customer experience
  • Embed a strong data-driven culture to inform strategy and decision making
  • Build and scale the digital team while acting as the key digital advisor to senior leadership and the board
