Director of Dumont Technical Institute - Saskatoon

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Gabriel Dumont Institute (GDI), the Director of Dumont Technical Institute (DTI) provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight of DTI’s adult, technical, and vocational programming across Saskatchewan. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: leading the development of DTI’s annual training plan and three-year training forecast; overseeing administrative, financial, human resource, and marketing functions; supervising management staff across multiple regions; liaising with Saskatchewan Polytechnic, regional colleges, and government partners; maintaining strong relationships with Métis communities and stakeholders; ensuring programs are culturally relevant, community-based, and responsive to labour market demands by taking a leadership role in the completion of the annual regional needs assessments process; providing financial and operational reports to the CEO and Board; r...
