Director of Emergency Services

Hospital system looking to bring on Director Emergency Services! Sign On Bonus, Bonus Incentive Program, Full Relocation!

Director will be working on: quality, safety, patient satisfaction, operations, must be knowledgeable of regulatory compliance. Reports to VP Emergency Services

• Large bed facility
• Level 1 trauma
• 100 ED beds
• Volume of 350 patients a day
• Union: National Nurses United (NNU)
• 200 FTEs
• 4 managers
• Physician group Team Health

Qualifications:

• Regulatory compliance expertise — Must demonstrate solid, hands‑on knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to emergency services.
• Trauma leadership experience — Must have served as a Director (or equivalent leadership role) in a Level I or Level II trauma center within a large, high‑volume ER comparable to Mission.
