Director of Engineering

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Licensed Director of Engineering to lead our Boston Massachusetts office. This role will be instrumental in building and growing our Massachusetts business unit, with direct responsibility for overseeing departmental operations, driving client relationships, and providing strategic leadership. The Director will serve as the primary leader for regional growth and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual obligations, codes, and company standards. The Director having experience in Building Envelope and Structural Engineering expertise of restoration of old building is ideal. 
The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Construction, along with a proven track record in business development, team leadership, and project delivery.
