The Role

Director of Engineering — lead and scale the multidisciplinary engineering organization as production of battery energy storage systems expands.

As a key member of the engineering leadership team, the Director of Engineering will drive technical strategy, engineering execution, and team development while ensuring that our products move efficiently from design through certification and into scalable manufacturing.
