Director of Software Engineering | London (Hybrid)
numi is partnering with a global, technology-driven financial services organisation to find an exceptional Director of Software Engineering to head up a major engineering function in London.
In this role, you will lead a large-scale department of over 80+ technologists (Software Engineers and Architects). We’re looking for a results-oriented tech leader who can seamlessly switch from high-level executive roadmap discussions to going toe-to-toe with top engineers on technical rigour.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of 80+ engineers operating at scale within a complex, regulated environment (managing a blend of internal associates and third-party engineers).
- Partner closely with Product and Design teams to drive the overall product roadmap for key business capabilities.
