Director of Enterprise Risk Management

Lead enterprise-wide risk initiatives with a rapidly growing insurance organization in this Director role. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and enhance a resilient risk framework.
In this senior position, you will report directly to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate. Your responsibilities will include identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while cultivating a robust risk culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal/Compliance, IT, and Operations to drive strategic decision-making and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework aligned with strategy
• Drive annual risk assessment, prioritization, and reporting
• Prepare risk reports for executive leadership and the Board
