Director of Executive Faculty Recruitment (School of Medicine - Office of the Dean) - #Staff

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **_Director of Executive Faculty Recruitment_** to lead the recruitment of senior academic leaders at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, with a specific focus on department chairs (“department directors”), division chairs (“division directors”), and senior executive faculty positions in the School of Medicine.

Reporting into the Executive Vice Dean in the Office of the Dean and CEO, and coordinating closely with JHU Talent Acquisition, the Director of Executive Faculty Recruitment will serve as a trusted partner to School leadership, manage complex executive search processes, and cultivate relationships with senior candidates. The role will supervise an Administrative Specialist who supports search logistics.
