The Senior Leader eXperience (SLX) organization enables senior leaders (Director+) to build and run great businesses across Amazon's diverse portfolio in an era of unprecedented scale, complexity, and rapid change. We connect business strategy to talent and workforce strategy by delivering programs that strengthen core leadership capabilities and our culture across all Amazon businesses. Based in Seattle, WA, this position is part of the SLX leadership team.
