Director of Finance

Description We are looking for an experienced finance leader to guide the financial direction of a growing residential construction organization. This position combines strategic oversight with day-to-day leadership across planning, reporting, cash management, and operational analysis. The Director of Finance will work closely with executive and field leadership to strengthen profitability, improve visibility into project performance, and support disciplined business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the company’s finance and accounting activities, including close processes, ledger accuracy, management reporting, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Produce timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, along with analysis that highlights trends, risks, and opportunities.
