Director of Finance Role at Muskoka Brewery

Muskoka Brewery is seeking a Finance Director to enhance financial reporting and team development. Lead critical financial functions while aligning with company values to support growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP. Work alongside the VP of Finance to drive budgeting, forecasting, and analyze the financial effects of operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly and yearly financial closing processes
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management
• Report financial results and insights to leadership teams
• Coordinate the year-end audit with external partners
• Ensure compliance with tax filing and reporting
Requirements:
• CPA with a degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years progressive finance experience in a relevant field
