Hours of Work: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as the Director of Finance and be part of our journey to make a real difference to the Greater Victoria community! Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll be managing a dynamic team of financial staff to deliver financial activities, including full-cycle accounting and payroll, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial analysis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work collaboratively across departments to ensure financial excellence through financial process optimization and compliance with policies and funding agreements.
