Director of Human Resources

We are seeking an energetic leader to share in our vision, drive and passion to provide a superior healthcare experience. This position supports policies and programs in the areas of recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, facilitation, counseling, conflict resolution, and new program introduction.

This leader would actively work with leadership to develop and coach best-practice leadership methods, adjudicates grievances and disputes and recommends necessary action based on analysis and policy. In this position, the Director will utilize considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all staff.
