Director of Human Resources

Reporting to the Foundry Group President, the Director of Human Resources leads the full people function across five foundry locations in Canada and the United States, employing approximately 275 employees. As a senior business partner and hands-on HR leader, this role develops and executes HR strategy spanning talent acquisition, labour relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational developmen t — supporting a safe, high-performance culture across all sites.

There are currently no reports but there are supporting resources available.

Based in Canada with a visits a couple of times a month to 3 foundries in the St. Catharines and periodic travel to U.S. facilities. Approx.10-15% travel although the role will be remote .

The Director will also contribute to corporate-level initiatives and Group-wide projects from time to time.
