Director of Intake/Admissions

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as the Director of Intake for Assessments and Referrals. In this position you will be a valued member of the leadership team and responsible for all operational aspects of our Intake department. Management of our team of clinicians, nurses, and call center staff, ensuring assessments of prospective services are completed, and overseeing our integrated assessment process are key aspects of this Director level position.

Essential Duties:



+ Ensures in house assessments are completed with treatment referral recommendations made and documented; use the approved admission criteria and make decisions concerning the level of care for treatment using the least restrictive level appropriate.

+ Ensures the plan for episode of care is initiated at admission to all levels of care.
