Position Description

The Director of Integrated Health Services provides program oversight and strategic leadership for a team‑based primary health care team. The Director drives program and service excellence, fosters partnerships, and guides responsive and integrated services and programs.

The Director works with the Senior Leadership Team to advance the CHC’s vision, mission and priorities by ensuring alignment of programs, resources and operations with community needs, health equity principles, accountabilities and organizational goals.
