As the Director of Investments, Development, you will report to the Vice President, Development & Construction. This role is pivotal in advancing purpose-built rental and mixed-use projects within Park's expanding portfolio. Your responsibilities will include sophisticated financial underwriting, feasibility analysis, and team-oriented evaluations with internal teams and external consultants.
