The Role
Under the direction of the Swedish Seattle Executive Director of Operations and the First Hill Chief Nursing Officer , the Director of Labor and Delivery provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the inpatient Labor and Delivery units on the First Hill campus.
This role is accountable for delivering results aligned with the Quadruple Aim and for advancing a patient-centered, high-reliability care model.
