The Rosen Group is partnering with a major electric utility client to recruit a Director of Leadership & Employee Development . This is a high-impact executive role for a builder who is genuinely excited about enterprise transformation, fresh ideas, and constructing modern talent infrastructure.

The position can be based hybrid/remote in OH, PA, NJ, or W V, and will interface directly with leaders at all levels—from front-line supervisors to the C-suite.
