Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico (Onsite)

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing – Emergency Department to lead operations across two Emergency Departments within a leading healthcare system. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational performance, and team development in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 leadership oversight for two Emergency Departments (21-bed and 7-bed units)

• Manage daily operations including staffing, patient flow, and departmental performance
