Director of Operational Excellence, Trilogy (Remote)

This role does not follow the standard VP model. You will have no direct reports, no recurring meetings to manage, no quarterly planning presentations, and no predictable workflows to maintain.

Your responsibilities will span M&A diligence and integration for enterprise software acquisitions, ownership of P&L objectives for business units, development of AI-driven automations using current best-in-class platforms, vendor contract negotiations, and direct engagement with portfolio CEOs, CFOs, and department leaders. You will execute all of these activities independently and in parallel across multiple portfolio companies.

Trilogy specializes in acquiring distressed enterprise software businesses and executing turnarounds, targeting an acquisition cadence of one per week.
