Director of Operations

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with increasing operational responsibility

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA degree
• Experience within aerospace, automotive, fasteners, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the manufacturing, production control, facilities, tooling, and equipment functions while driving operational performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost objectives.
