The Director of Parts Operations provides strategic leadership across the Companys dealership network, ensuring operational consistency and an exceptional customer experience. This role drives performance by coaching Parts Managers, leading operational execution, partnering with OEM manufacturers, and delivering process and systems improvements to achieve key financial and operational KPIs.
