$110k to $130k plus benefitsMPA are retained by a Toronto based CRO to recruit for a Director, Clinical Recruitment and Retention. The CRO run early-phase studies, bioequivalence testing, validate new drugs and provide regulatory support for pharmaceutical companies.This role oversees all participant recruitment and pre-screening operations for clinical research studies, including BE and Phase I trials.
