We are looking for a Director of Performance / Head of Performance to lead the next evolution of our coaching and training systems.

This role is responsible for building and implementing a premium performance coaching culture across:

• personal training
• semi-private training
• small group performance programming
• coach development
• performance content
• recovery integration

This is not a traditional “trainer” role.
