Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director who is also a licensed Physical Therapist to lead the daily operations of a busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic. This leadership role combines patient care with clinic management, staff development, and operational oversight to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.

• Oversee and manage clinic staff, including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, front office personnel, rehabilitation aides, and students.
