The Airdrie Minor Basketball Association is looking for a Technical Lead to oversee player and coach development. This position demands extensive basketball expertise and leadership qualities to ensure on-court program integrity from Jr. NBA to U18 levels. Responsibilities include mentoring new coaches and leading evaluations, as well as developing training clinics for skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor coaches in Jr. NBA, Mini House, and Travel programs
• Conduct evaluations and observe all teams during the season
• Provide support and training for first-time coaches
• Coordinate training clinics for athletes and coaches
