The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Director of Preconstruction to lead and scale the preconstruction function within a growing specialty contractor focused on low voltage, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure.


This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has personally built estimates in structured cabling environments and led teams of estimators within a subcontractor model. You’ll inherit a team of ~10 estimators and be responsible for elevating consistency, discipline, and output across the department.
