Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Professional Services and TAM organisation. Own delivery excellence for implementations, technical onboarding, integrations, and solution customisation. Act as the senior technical escalation point for strategic customers. Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements, architectural constraints, and integration needs.
