As a Director of Quality & Risk, you will report to the Director of Care and guide all nursing services, ensuring high standards in resident care and promoting best practices. Your leadership will optimize nursing practices, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with healthcare legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate quality improvement initiatives
• Lead risk management programs and best practices
• Monitor utilization of nursing supplies and resources
• Oversee the High Intensity Needs program
• Maintain resident care systems and interdisciplinary support
Requirements:
