Director of Quality

**Description**

Located in Houston, Texas and reporting directly to the Vice President of Quality, this role leads the enterprise Quality Management System (QMS), supplier quality initiatives, regulatory compliance programs, and field quality operations across all global locations. The position is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with API Q1/Q2, ISO 9001, DS-1, customer-specific, and regulatory requirements.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute the global quality strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer expectations.
+ Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) across all global manufacturing, service, and operational facilities.
