This includes Transaction Management (negotiating 100+ leases a year); Project/Move management (25+ moves/year); Lease Administration (database and rent payments) and Portfolio Management (acquisition synergies to estoppels).
The Director of Real Estate may expect to travel up to 25% of their time.
