Role Overview
This role will lead the creation, development, and commercialisation of flavour solutions across categories such as beverages, dairy, bakery, confectionery, savoury, and nutraceuticals. This role drives innovation manages the applications and flavour development teams, partners with Sales & Marketing on customer briefs, and ensures regulatory-compliant, scalable, and commercially viable flavour solutions. The position is central to strengthening the company’s technical leadership and market differentiation.
