Director of Sourcing

Job Description

The Director of Sourcing is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing Genie’s global sourcing strategy across direct and indirect materials, domestic and international supply bases, and production and non‑production spend. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain, with a dotted‑line relationship to the President of Genie, reflecting its critical impact on cost structure, continuity of supply, and long‑term enterprise value.

The Director of Sourcing leads a team of Commodity Managers, Buyers, and International Supplier Quality Representatives, and is accountable for commercial excellence, year‑over‑year productivity (deflation), supplier performance, risk mitigation, and long‑term supplier partnerships.
