JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Student Wellness is responsible for and has a key leadership role in the successful delivery of a holistic wellness and support services program for students attending programming at Neeginan Education, Training and Employment Services. The Director of Student Wellness will provide leadership, direction and vision to the SSL team, ensuring that a fully developed Culturally Appropriate Student Wellness model is developed and delivered to the students. The Director of Student Wellness will manage and oversee the SSL team’s daily tasks and ensure that support services and practice guidelines are being adhered to while providing an effective and respectful model of service delivery that is specifically tailored to fit the day to day needs of the Student Body.
