Director of Technical Resources Management

Lead industrial technical resources at a senior level, reporting to the Vice President. Oversee Service Managers in mechanical, electrical, piping, and control disciplines across multiple projects in a hybrid work model.
As the Director of Industrial Technical Resources, you will coordinate staffing needs, manage performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality plans. You will also support career development for team leaders while monitoring project compliance in various engineering phases.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assign resources based on project requirements and skill sets
