Director - offline marketing

About Role
We are looking for a highly execution-oriented marketing leader to own offline growth across all markets. This role is responsible for building the company's offline growth engine and converting local execution excellence into sustainable market leadership.
The role is accountable for driving penetration in new launch markets and increasing market share in mature markets through hyperlocal branding, BTL activations, and world-class field execution. You will lead city marketing teams, build scalable operating systems, and ensure every offline investment translates into measurable business outcomes.
