Opportunity Description
What you'll be doing
- Define and execute the Beauty division’s end-to-end omni-channel strategy across retail, eCommerce, CRM, and digital touchpoints to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Lead and scale the eCommerce function, including trading, performance marketing, operations, and profitability, with full P&L ownership.
- Own and drive the CRM strategy to strengthen customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze omni-channel performance, translating data and insights into actionable growth and optimization initiatives.
- Manage omni-channel budgets, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with business priorities.
- Partner closely with marketing, commercial, and central omni-channel teams to ensure integrated and consistent execution across brands and platforms.
