Director, Ops Performance & Reliability - Business Intelligence

Job Summary The Business Intelligence role is responsible to analyse complex and sensitive data sets related to organizational workforce transformation including but not limited to Org Design, AI/SDLC, Center of Excellence and Location Strategy as well as translate to meaningful insights that would aid key management decisions. Analyse workforce, cost, productivity, and operational data across global locations to support location strategy decisions Develop analytical models and insights to assess cost efficiency, talent availability, and operational performance across different locations. Provide data-driven recommendations on optimal team structures, manager-to-employee ratios, and workforce sizing aligned to business strategy. Support zero-based organizational design (ZBO) initiatives by analysing current organizational structures, including spans, layers, role distribution, and headcount allocation.
