**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Coverage & Relationship Management**

+ Cultivates and deepens relationships with new and existing loan investors and corporate clients.
+ Maintains ongoing senior‑level coverage and ensures alignment across internal stakeholders.
+ Develops a comprehensive understanding of client needs, credit, capital structures and industry trends to anticipate and respond with tailored, market‑driven solutions.
+ Drives successful, tight syndication processes for primary loan sales.
+ Experience in collecting and synthesizing investor feedback to inform each transaction’s structure, pricing, and distribution strategy.
